Who We Are

Starlight bakery was founded as an effort to make an impact, to directly change lives for the better. We're striving to uplift those around us and to one day become a pillar of the community.

Who We Will Be

The dream was always to make Starlight Bakery a safe space in a turbulent world, seeking to better it in any way possible. Once we open a storefront, we'll exist as a safe place for the community to unwind in. Starlight Bakery will become a welcoming beacon of positivity, the perfect place to stop, take a breath, and enjoy a sweet treat in solace.

What We Stand For

Starlight Bakery is dedicated to eliminating food waste, making sweet treats accessible, and standing up for what we believe in. Currently, we support our local food bank and donate proceeds from certain items to the Trans Youth Equality Foundation.

Community Support

Food Banks

Starlight Bakery currently donates baked goods on a regular basis to Twin Lakes Food Bank (located in Folsom) and River City Food Bank (located in Sacramento)

Movements

We'll always be a safe place for the community, but the world needs to become one too. A portion of our proceeds from our blueberry muffins goes towards supporting the Trevor Project. A portion of our proceeds from our lemon poppyseed muffin goes towards helping Palestinians in need. (Citrus in the muffin represents the Jaffa oranges rooted in Palestine's history.)
